Never had I imagine in my wildest dream that my small step would make any difference in life of Dds (female inmates). They were so happy to see the sunshine and breathe a fresh air outside of the prison compartment. They were feeling fortunate to have a lunch outside of the prison compartment and see the world beyond the bars.

They were saying “Sister, because of you we are able to see the world. We are able to sit outside and eat our lunch. We have nothing to offer you but our blessings and best wishes are always with you. Our wishes to you, whatever you have dreamed of shall come true.” Still resonates in my minds.

I had not thought such a small act would bring huge happiness and hope in Deedis. This gave me more power and confidence in life to help people in need to my capacity.
